Well, it's really true and here's the science behind what happens to your brain when a you become a mother. Nourishment for your Body: Your task of preparation for your body this week is to mindfully enjoy a massage. You don't even need to schedule an appointment with an official massage therapist (although you can if you want!). All you need is the loving touch of your partner and some soothing lotion. Enjoy a hand massage, a foot massage, or a shoulder massage. Any kind really. As you blissfully rest, allowing yourself to be pampered, give thanks to your amazing body for holding and growing your little one! Enjoy!!
